    • 20 seconds of max effort slam balls
    • 10 seconds rest

Equipment:
- Slam Ball


Instructions:
Perform as many slam balls as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before repeating for a total of 8 rounds. Score is total number of slam balls completed.
