Tabata Strength Medicine Ball

Tabata:


  • Medicine Ball Cleans
  • Medicine Ball Squat Jumps
  • Medicine Ball Russian Twists
  • Medicine Ball Wall Balls

Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes). Rest 1 minute between each movement.


Medicine Ball Weight: Choose a weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout the Tabata intervals.


Score: Total reps completed across all 4 movements.
