Medicine Ball Weight: 20/14 lbs
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
Note: Make sure to maintain good form throughout the workout, especially during the Med Ball Cleans and Wall Balls. Push yourself during the runs to keep a fast pace and complete the workout within the time cap.
