- Medicine Ball Squat Press
- Medicine Ball Russian Twists

- Weightlifting shoes recommended for stability during cleans
Notes:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Complete all 8 rounds for each movement before moving to the next. Score is total reps completed across all 4 movements.
