Tabata Weightlifting Medicine Ball

Tabata:


  • 20 seconds of Medicine Ball Cleans
  • 10 seconds of rest
  • 20 seconds of Medicine Ball Thrusters
  • 10 seconds of rest

Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes)


Medicine Ball Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout the entire Tabata.


Instructions: Perform as many reps as possible in each 20-second work interval, resting for 10 seconds in between. The goal is to push yourself to the max during each work period. Keep track of your total reps for each movement to track progress.
