  • 50 Wall Balls
  • 40 Med Ball Cleans
  • 30 Med Ball Sit-ups
  • 20 Med Ball Squat Cleans
  • 10 Med Ball Overhead Lunges (each leg)
  • 20 Med Ball Squat Cleans
  • 30 Med Ball Sit-ups
  • 40 Med Ball Cleans
  • 50 Wall Balls

Medicine Ball Weight: 20/14 lbs
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Instructions: Complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. The med ball should be kept off the ground throughout the workout. Adjust weight as needed.
