Tabata Weightlifting Medicine Ball

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    1. Medicine Ball Cleans
    2. Medicine Ball Squat Thrusters
    3. Medicine Ball Sit-ups
    4. Medicine Ball Russian Twists

Equipment:
- 1 Medicine Ball


Instructions:
- Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement.
- Complete a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes) for each movement before moving on to the next.
- Score is total reps completed across all movements.
