  • 20 seconds of Medicine Ball Slams
  • 10 seconds rest
  • 20 seconds of Medicine Ball Russian Twists
  • 10 seconds rest
  • Repeat for a total of 8 rounds

Medicine Ball Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to maintain proper form throughout the workout.


Instructions: Perform each exercise for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest before moving on to the next exercise. Complete a total of 8 rounds alternating between Medicine Ball Slams and Medicine Ball Russian Twists. Focus on explosive movements for the Slams and controlled twists for the Russian Twists.
