Tabata Skill Medicine BallTabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
- Medicine Ball Cleans
- Medicine Ball Sit-ups
- Medicine Ball Russian Twists
- Medicine Ball Thrusters
Equipment:
- 1 Medicine Ball
- Choose a challenging weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout the Tabata intervals.
Instructions:
- Complete all 8 rounds of one movement before moving on to the next.
- Score is total reps completed across all 4 movements.
- Rest 1 minute between each movement.
- Focus on maintaining proper form and intensity throughout each 20-second work interval.
