Tabata Skill Medicine Ball

Tabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement.
- 1 minute rest between movements.


Movements:
1. Medicine Ball Cleans
2. Medicine Ball Squat Jumps
3. Medicine Ball Russian Twists
4. Medicine Ball Overhead Lunges


Instructions:
- Complete each movement for 8 rounds of Tabata before moving on to the next.
- Score is total reps completed across all movements.
- Choose a challenging weight for the medicine ball to make the workout more effective.
