  • 50 Wall Balls
  • 40 Med Ball Cleans
  • 30 Med Ball Sit-ups
  • 20 Med Ball Over-the-Shoulder Throws
  • 10 Burpee Box Jump Overs

Medicine Ball: 20/14 lbs
Time Cap: 12 Minutes.


Instructions: Complete each exercise in the specified order as fast as possible. Make sure to use proper form for each movement to prevent injury. Have a timer ready to track your time and push yourself to finish under the time cap.
