- 10 Medicine Ball Cleans
- 15 Wall Balls
- 20 Russian Twists (each side)
- 25 Medicine Ball Sit-ups
Medicine Ball Weight: 20/14 lbs
Instructions: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes. Each round consists of the designated number of reps of each movement. Choose a challenging weight for the medicine ball that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to keep moving for the full 20 minutes.
