For Time Skill Medicine BallFor Time:
- 50 Wall Balls
- 40 Alternating Med Ball V-Ups
- 30 Med Ball Cleans
- 20 Burpee Box Jump Overs holding Med Ball
- 10 Med Ball Turkish Get-ups (5 each side)
Medicine Ball Weight: 20/14 lbs
Time Cap: 12 Minutes.
Instructions: Perform each exercise in the order listed, completing all reps before moving on to the next. The Wall Balls should be done with the medicine ball hitting the designated target each rep. Be sure to maintain proper form on the Med Ball Cleans and Turkish Get-ups to prevent injury. The Burpee Box Jump Overs should be performed with the medicine ball held at chest level throughout the movement.
