AMRAP Weightlifting Medicine Ball

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Medicine Ball Cleans
  • 15 Medicine Ball Sit-ups
  • 20 Medicine Ball Russian Twists

Equipment: 20/14 lb Medicine Ball


Instructions: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Each round consists of 10 cleans, 15 sit-ups, and 20 Russian twists with the medicine ball. Make sure to maintain proper form throughout the movements to prevent injury.
