  • 30 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Medicine Ball Cleans
  • 10 Handstand Push-ups

Medicine Ball: 20/14 lbs
Dumbbell: 50/35 lbs
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Instructions: Complete each exercise in order, aiming to move through the reps as quickly as possible. Adjust weights as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout. Push yourself to finish within the time cap for a challenging workout.
