AMRAP Skill Medicine BallAMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Wall Balls
- 15 Russian Twists
- 20 Med Ball Cleans
Equipment:
- Medicine Ball (20/14 lbs)
Skill Focus:
- Focus on maintaining proper form and technique throughout the entire workout, especially during the Wall Balls and Med Ball Cleans.
Instructions:
- Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes.
- Wall Balls should be performed to a target above the athlete's reach.
- Russian Twists should be done with feet off the ground for an added challenge.
- Med Ball Cleans should be performed with a full squat at the bottom of each rep.
