AMRAP Weightlifting Medicine Ball

AMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Medicine Ball Cleans
- 15 Medicine Ball Sit-Ups
- 20 Wall Balls


Equipment:
- Medicine Ball (20/14 lbs)


Notes:
- Perform as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes.
- Medicine Ball Cleans start from the ground and end in a front squat.
- Wall Balls require hitting a target (usually 10ft for men, 9ft for women) with the ball at the top of the movement.
