  • 40 Med Ball Cleans
  • 30 Med Ball Sit-Ups
  • 20 Med Ball Squat Cleans
  • 10 Med Ball Over-the-Shoulder Throws

Time Cap: 12 Minutes.


Instructions: Perform each movement in order, completing all reps before moving to the next. Make sure to hit the full range of motion on each movement, especially the squat cleans and wall balls.
