Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement
  • Med Ball Clean
  • Med Ball Sit-ups
  • Med Ball Russian Twists
  • Med Ball Lunges

Equipment:
- 1 Medicine Ball (choose weight based on individual capability)
Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving to the next movement. Complete 8 rounds total.
