  • 20 seconds of Medicine Ball Sit-ups
  • 10 seconds of rest
  • 20 seconds of Medicine Ball Squat Jumps
  • 10 seconds of rest
  • 20 seconds of Medicine Ball Russian Twists
  • 10 seconds of rest

Instructions:
Complete 8 rounds of the Tabata protocol (4 minutes total). Alternate between each movement for each interval. Score is total reps completed across all movements. Adjust medicine ball weight as needed.
