For Time:


  • 50 Wall Balls
  • 40 Med Ball Cleans
  • 30 Med Ball Sit-Ups
  • 20 Med Ball Thrusters
  • 10 Burpee Box Jump Overs

Medicine Ball: 20/14 lbs
Time Cap: 12 Minutes.


Instructions: Perform the exercises in order, completing all reps of each exercise before moving on to the next. Make sure to hit the target on the wall balls and fully extend at the top of the thrusters. Keep a steady pace throughout to finish under the time cap.
