Tabata Gymnastics Medicine Ball

Tabata:
- 20 seconds of Medicine Ball Cleans
- 10 seconds of rest
- 20 seconds of Medicine Ball Sit-ups
- 10 seconds of rest
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds


Medicine Ball Weight: Choose a weight that allows for continuous movement throughout the 20 seconds intervals.


Instructions: Perform as many reps as possible of each movement within the 20-second work interval, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Score is total reps completed across all rounds.
