  • 20 seconds of Medicine Ball Cleans
  • 10 seconds rest
  • 20 seconds of Medicine Ball Squat Cleans
  • 10 seconds rest
  • 20 seconds of Medicine Ball Thrusters
  • 10 seconds rest
  • 20 seconds of Medicine Ball Russian Twists

Equipment:
- Medicine Ball


Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes). Rest 1 minute between each movement. Try to maintain a consistent pace and focus on proper form throughout the Tabata.
