Tabata Weightlifting Medicine Ball

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
  • Medicine Ball Cleans
  • Medicine Ball Squat Thrusters

Equipment:
- Medicine Ball


Instructions:
Perform as many reps as possible within the 20-second work interval, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Complete all 8 rounds of each movement before moving on to the next. Score is total reps completed for both movements combined.
