- 10 Med Ball Cleans
- 5 Med Ball Burpees

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of 15 wall balls, 10 med ball cleans, and 5 med ball burpees. Make sure to hit the target with the wall balls and fully extend the hips at the top of each movement. Keep a steady pace throughout the workout and push yourself to move quickly between exercises.
