- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement

- 2. Med Ball Sit-Ups
- 3. Med Ball Russian Twists
- 4. Med Ball Squat Jumps
Equipment:
- Medicine Ball
Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Try to maintain a consistent pace and focus on technique throughout the workout.
