Tabata Weightlifting Medicine Ball

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    • Medicine Ball Cleans
    • Medicine Ball Squat Thrusters

Equipment:
- 1 Medicine Ball (20/14 lbs)


Instructions:
- Perform as many reps as possible in the 20 seconds of work, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement.
- Alternate between Medicine Ball Cleans and Medicine Ball Squat Thrusters for 8 rounds each.
- Keep track of your total reps for each movement.
- Score is the total number of reps completed for both movements combined.
