Tabata Strength Medicine BallTabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest
- Medicine Ball Cleans
- Medicine Ball Sit-ups
Instructions:
- Alternate between Medicine Ball Cleans and Medicine Ball Sit-ups for 8 rounds, totaling 4 minutes.
- For Medicine Ball Cleans, start standing with the ball on the ground, squat down to pick it up, and explosively extend your hips to bring the ball up to shoulder height.
- For Medicine Ball Sit-ups, hold the ball against your chest as you perform sit-ups, touching the ball to the ground behind your head and then touching your toes at the top of the movement.
- Score is total number of reps completed.
