- 40 Goblet Squats
- 30 Single-Arm Kettlebell Snatches (15 each arm)
- 20 Kettlebell Lunges (10 each leg)
- 10 Turkish Get-Ups
Kettlebell Weight: Men 24kg / Women 16kg
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
