Tabata:


  • Bench Press
  • Handstand Push-ups

Instructions:
- Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement.
- Alternate between Bench Press and Handstand Push-ups for each Tabata round.
- Score is the total number of reps completed for both movements combined.
