  • 40 Box Jumps (24/20)
  • 30 Wall Balls (20/14)
  • 20 Dumbbell Walking Lunges (50/35)
  • 10 Calorie Assault Bike

Time Cap: 12 Minutes


Instructions: Complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. Keep a steady pace throughout and push yourself on the assault bike at the end. Be mindful of proper form on the GHD sit-ups and wall balls to prevent injury.
