  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Kettlebell Swings
    • 10 seconds rest

Kettlebell Weight: Choose a weight that allows for continuous movement throughout the 20-second work intervals.


Instructions: Perform Kettlebell Swings for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Be sure to maintain proper form throughout each round.
