Tabata Weightlifting Kettlebell

Tabata: (20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest, for 8 rounds each)


  • Kettlebell Swings
  • Kettlebell Goblet Squats
  • Kettlebell Snatches
  • Kettlebell Russian Twists

Kettlebell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout the entire workout.


Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving onto the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds per movement. Rest 1 minute between each movement. This workout will be a total of 16 minutes.
