Tabata Weightlifting KettlebellTabata Style (20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest, for 8 rounds):
- Kettlebell Swings
- Kettlebell Goblet Squats
- Kettlebell Deadlifts
- Kettlebell Russian Twists
Kettlebell Weight: Choose a weight that challenges you but allows you to maintain proper form throughout the Tabata intervals.
Instructions: Perform each exercise for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 8 rounds. Rest 1 minute between exercises. Keep track of your total reps for each exercise.
