EMOM Skill Kettlebell

EMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 10 Kettlebell Swings
- Even minutes: 5 Turkish Get-ups (each arm)


Kettlebell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to complete the reps with good form.
Skill Focus: Focus on proper form and technique for both movements, especially the Turkish Get-ups.
Note: This workout will test your grip strength, core stability, and overall kettlebell proficiency.
