  • 10 Kettlebell Swings
  • 10 Goblet Squats
  • 10 Single Arm Kettlebell Push Press (each arm)
  • 10 Kettlebell Deadlifts

Kettlebell Weight: Choose a weight that is challenging but allows for good form throughout the entire workout.
