  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Kettlebell Swings
    • 10 seconds of rest

Kettlebell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows for proper form throughout the entire workout.


Instructions: Perform as many reps as possible in each 20-second work interval, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Focus on explosive hip hinge movement and maintaining a strong core throughout the swings.
