- 30 Kettlebell Snatches (15 each arm)
- 20 Kettlebell Lunges (10 each leg)
- 10 Turkish Get-ups (5 each side)
Kettlebell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.
