Kettlebell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout the entire workout.


Instructions: Perform the prescribed reps of each movement at the start of every minute for a total of 15 minutes. Rest for the remainder of the minute if you complete the reps before the minute is up. Adjust the weight as needed to maintain proper technique.
