Tabata Weightlifting Kettlebell

Tabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each movement
- 1 minute rest between movements


Movements:
1. Kettlebell Swings
2. Kettlebell Goblet Squats
3. Kettlebell Russian Twists
4. Kettlebell Single Arm Rows


Kettlebell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.


Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 8 rounds. Rest for 1 minute between each movement. Push yourself during the work intervals and focus on quality movement patterns.
