AMRAP Weightlifting Kettlebell

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Kettlebell Swings
  • 10 Goblet Squats
  • 10 Single-arm Kettlebell Snatches (5 each arm)
  • 10 Kettlebell Lunges (5 each leg)
  • 10 Kettlebell Push Press

Kettlebell Weight: Men 24kg / Women 16kg


Notes: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Make sure to maintain proper form throughout the workout, especially with the kettlebell snatches and lunges. Rest as needed, but keep moving to accumulate as many rounds as possible.
