- 50 Kettlebell Swings
- 40 Goblet Squats
- 30 Kettlebell Snatches (15 each arm)
- 20 Turkish Get-ups
- 10 Kettlebell Thrusters
Kettlebell Weight: 24/16 kg
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
Instructions: Choose a challenging weight for the kettlebell that allows you to maintain proper form throughout the workout. Focus on technique, especially during the Turkish Get-ups. Time cap is in place to keep intensity high.
