EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 5 Kettlebell Swings + 5 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
  • Even minutes: 5 Kettlebell Push Press + 5 Kettlebell Romanian Deadlifts

Kettlebell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to complete the reps with good form throughout the EMOM.
