  • 50 Kettlebell Swings
  • 40 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
  • 30 Kettlebell Push Press (15 each arm)
  • 20 Kettlebell Russian Twists (each side)
  • 10 Kettlebell Turkish Get-ups (5 each side)

Kettlebell Weight: 24/16 kg


Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Instructions: Complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. Be sure to maintain proper form throughout the workout, especially during the Turkish Get-ups.
