- 40 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
- 30 Kettlebell Push Press
- 20 Kettlebell Turkish Get-ups (10 each side)
- 10 Kettlebell Snatches (5 each side)
Kettlebell Weight: Rx 24kg/16kg
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
