  • 50 Kettlebell Swings
  • 40 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
  • 30 Kettlebell Push Press
  • 20 Kettlebell Turkish Get-ups (10 each side)
  • 10 Kettlebell Snatches (5 each side)

Kettlebell Weight: Rx 24kg/16kg
Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. Be mindful of proper kettlebell form to prevent injury. Keep a steady pace throughout the chipper to finish within the time cap.
