Chipper Weightlifting KettlebellFor Time:
- 50 Kettlebell Swings
- 40 Goblet Squats
- 30 Kettlebell Snatches
- 20 Kettlebell Lunges (10 each leg)
- 10 Turkish Get-Ups (5 each arm)
Kettlebell Weight: Choose a weight that is challenging but allows for good form throughout the workout.
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
Instructions: Complete all reps of each exercise before moving on to the next. Break up the sets as needed, but aim to keep rest periods short to maintain intensity. Focus on proper kettlebell technique to prevent injury.
