  • 40 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
  • 30 Kettlebell Deadlifts
  • 20 Kettlebell Push Press
  • 10 Kettlebell Turkish Get-ups (5 each arm)

Kettlebell Weight: 24kg/16kg
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
