  • 50 Kettlebell Swings
  • 40 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
  • 30 Kettlebell Clean and Press (each arm)
  • 20 Kettlebell Turkish Get-ups
  • 10 Kettlebell Snatches (each arm)

Kettlebell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to complete the movements with good form.
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
