EMOM Weightlifting Kettlebell

EMOM for 20 Minutes:


  • Odd Minutes: 10 Kettlebell Swings
  • Even Minutes: 5 Kettlebell Clean and Jerks

Kettlebell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows for proper form throughout the workout.


Instructions: Perform 10 kettlebell swings at the top of each odd minute, then rest for the remainder of the minute. On the even minutes, complete 5 kettlebell clean and jerks. Repeat this pattern for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust the weight as needed to maintain good technique.
