For Time:


  • 50 Kettlebell Swings
  • 40 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
  • 30 Kettlebell Deadlifts
  • 20 Kettlebell Turkish Get-ups (10 each side)
  • 10 Kettlebell Snatches (5 each side)

Kettlebell Weight: Men 24kg / Women 16kg
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Instructions: Complete the prescribed reps for each movement in order as fast as possible. Be sure to maintain proper form throughout each movement to prevent injury. Rest as needed, but try to push through the workout without long breaks.
